  • Our Cocoa & Coconut Superfood Reviving Hydrating Mask hydrates, revives and nourishes tired looking skin. Enriched with Cocoa Butter to truly hydrate the skin as well as our favourite miracle oil from the tropics, Coconut Oil, which is high in antioxidants and fatty acids. These ingredients work together, penetrating deep into the skin to restore skin’s complexion and to provide the skin with the nutrients it needs to fight free radical damage. The light whipped texture helps to not dry out the skin whilst the face mask works in 10 minutes to increase the number of antioxidants in your skin by getting deep into the skin’s tissue.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at contact@greenerchoice.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    PLEASE NOTE

    • We are shipping from Dublin, Ireland.
    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
    • You will receive your order anywhere from 1-4 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
    • After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.
    • Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
    • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM  or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

    FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

    Greener Choice currently offers free shipping on all Ireland ! Most orders are processed and shipped within 24hrs (excluding weekends and holidays.) 

    Note: normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - Shipping is not available outside of these hours.

    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email.. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to arrive. If the merchandise you have selected is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued for the merchandise cost.

    ORDERS OVER €100.00 - SIGNATURE REQUIRED

    Greener Choice requires an indirect signature for orders when total merchandise cost exceeds over €100.00.  All the orders over €100 will be sent by FastWay.

     

     

    FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

    In the event that the courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe place to leave the package (driver’s discretion), incorrectly refused packages or otherwise, Greener Choice is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Greener Choice is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

    SERVICE DELAYS 

    Greener Choice is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, train derailments, etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. 

    RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM

    Please contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item, so we can process your return request as soon as possible.

    If the correct item is available, we will ship the the replacement, once the wrong item has been received for return by the courier.

    If the correct item is not available, either store credit or refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and processed by our returns department (typically within 3 days of receipt of item)

    We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our Returns department.
